We love to have people join our ministries or groups! Active church ministries include:
United Women in Faith (UWF)
A community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Please contact Linda Rapp, president, for more information.
Care Team
We are a team of committed members who are passionate about caring for those in the congregation who are home-bound, hospitalized, or otherwise incapacitated and who need God’s love, care, and attention. The committee shares God’s love by sending cards, making calls and visits, by arranging meals to be delivered, if needed, and by providing other services as needed. We work closely with the Prayer Team and Pastor Linda.
If interested, contact Claudia for more information.
Prayer Team
We are a group of GT church members who believe in the power of prayer. Prayers are offered for those whose name, condition, or situation is submitted to our team by church members or through our website. All prayers and conditions are confidential. The list is updated as needed and reviewed monthly.

Worship Music Ministry
Green Trails Church boasts a vibrant music ministry, led by Andrew Pulliam. This ministry is diverse and involves handbells, choir, the praise team (vocals accompanied by drums, guitars, and piano/keyboard), orchestra, and organ. Several times a year, our children sing, and this is always a special time enjoyed by all. Yearly, Green Trail’s Concert Series presents free community concerts for all to enjoy. Please see the event section and purchase tickets early while they are available!
If interested, contact Andrew Pulliam for more information.
Audio Visual Team
Our A/V Ministry is at the heart of worship. Providing videos, worship liturgy, song lyrics, and supporting the sound in the sanctuary, we can always use creative folks with a heart for worship!
If interested, contact Rocky Marlowe for more information.
Mission and Outreach Team
The church is called to be a missional community, actively engaging in outreach, both locally and globally. Green Trails members who are passionate about serving our community and addressing unmet needs serve on this team and plan and organize mission and outreach projects. Green Trails’ ongoing outreach projects involve addressing the needs of food-challenged students and helping those who lack adequate school/personal supplies at Green Trails Elementary School. We also support their teachers in various ways. The church also supports the ongoing ministry in Mozambique that educates orphans to learn skills that help them be successful in future business.
If interested, contact Pastor Linda for more information.
Children’s Education Team
Do you have a passion for working with children and helping them know about Jesus? We would love to have you join our team! We provide age-appropriate lessons that will teach them about God and His love for them. The teaching is interactive and utilizes multiple approaches for different learning styles. The goal at Green Trails Church is for kids to understand who Jesus is and plant the seeds of a lifelong relationship with Him. Please contact Bobbi or Kathy if interested.
Next Gen / Trekker’s Team
Our NextGen Ministry, Trekkers, is designed to provide young people with a supportive environment
where they can thrive both physically and emotionally. Through a variety of recreational activities, such as team sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures, participants are encouraged to develop teamwork skills and healthy habits. The educational component features life skills classes, tutoring sessions, and access to technology resources, helping students enhance their academic performance and discover new passions. Wellness initiatives, including nutrition education, mental health support, and fitness classes, ensure that youth gain the tools they need to lead balanced, healthy lives. Overall, the program fosters personal growth, community involvement, and lifelong learning in a fun and inclusive setting.
